Company history

Cas and Francien de Waal have started their company in september 1973. The company was named

"De Waal Staal BV" and located in Helmond. Several suppliers of stainless steel tubes made a first

delivery programme possible. To get more continuity they also started to sell air duct profiles.

"We had to start with a shelf on the wall. Selling during the day and preparing the orders at night"

Looking at our company today it becomes clear that we have grown in many different area's

since 1973. Growth in the number of customers, products, suppliers and employees.

The company had to move to new and bigger accommodation several times.

In 1997 Erik Bijloo took over the management of the company. Shortly before that De Waal Staal BV

had started his own production company in which the most important poducts of the delivery

programme are still produced. Especially this in-house production gave the company the strength

and flexibility to grow internationally.

Thanks to our loyal customers, reliable suppliers and dedicated employees we were able to build

our current national and international market position.
